The Year of the Fire Horse begins this Tuesday! In celebration, we are opening our doors to everyone for a free Meditation Monday event.

The Fire Horse is one of the most powerful combinations in the entire 60-year cycle — it only comes around once in a lifetime. This year carries the energy of vitality, momentum, bold forward movement, and passion. In the Five Element system, Fire is the Heart. And the Horse can gallop — unstoppable, unrestrained, and totally on Fire in the world.

We want to help you welcome this powerful energy in the most Alchemical way we know how, through consciousness and meditation. How can we harness our own excitement and zest for life in a positive way?

We'll be guiding everyone with a special Year of the Fire Horse Open Your Doors meditation — a foundational Daoist practice for releasing resistance and opening yourself up to receive what's coming. It's the perfect way to step into a year that's asking you to stop holding back.
