What a beautiful transition into Autumn we are having here in New England! We have been enjoying long hikes, trail runs, and meditating on our little lake. As we move from the abundance of late summer into the crisp clarity of Autumn, we're embracing the Metal Element season - a perfect time for letting go and welcoming new beginnings! 🍂 🍁

Metal is the element of autumn's profound knowing that everything comes to an end so that new life can begin. This is the energy that honors life's sacred cycles, understanding that just as plants return to the earth to sprout again in spring, we too must learn the art of letting go to make space for transformation. Metal teaches us to live life to the fullest precisely because of this impermanence, connecting us to something greater than ourselves in every precious moment.

At the AHC, we have been busy healing, teaching, and welcoming visitors from around the world for transformational learning and healing. We love being in the "Happy Valley" - it is such a warm, inviting, and open community where magical, transformational healing, and of course Alchemy is not just welcomed but celebrated! Welcome Emiliana!

Speaking of transformation, we have some truly exciting news to share! We are welcoming our newest practitioner to our healing family: Emiliana Patrick, DAHM, AOBTA-CP.

We're absolutely thrilled to announce that acupressure practitioner Emiliana Patrick has joined the Alchemy Healing Center team, bringing her profound wisdom and gentle healing presence to our healing family. Emiliana has her doctorate from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts and is certified in Acupressure with the AOBTA.

Emiliana's journey to Chinese Medicine is as beautiful as it is inspiring. For 16 years, she nurtured young minds as a seventh-grade science teacher, followed by work as a grant-writer and program developer. Through her deep and dedicated study of Zen Buddhism and contemplative practice, she discovered her true calling in the art of healing. She has been humbled by witnessing the profound transformations in her patients - watching pain, illness, and emotional distress transmute into new perspectives, insights, and joy.

Her healing philosophy is both simple and profound: "We are self-healing and all of life is self-healing. Love ends suffering. We can help each other be whole human beings on planet earth during this tumultuous time, and we need each other now more than ever." Emiliana is here to help you step into your own power, your own ability to heal, and your own authentic presence.

What makes Emiliana's practice unique?
